Ingredients

Psyllium husk powder - ultra fine, Slippery elm, Marshmallow root, Organic Barley grass, Organic Wheat grass, Organic Rosehips, Citrus Bioflavonoids, Linseed, Ginger, Symbiotic blend of Friendly Bacteria from a process which contains: Lactobacillus; Acidophillus, Bifidus, Plantarum, Delbrueckii, Casei, Bulgaricus, Caucasicus, Fermenti, Brevis, Helveticus, Leichmannii, Lactis, Sporogenes. Saccharomyces: Boulardii & Cerevisiae.

Recommended Use

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon once or twice daily as needed. Mix in a 1/4 glass of water or juice. Drink immediately or the mixture will thicken. Always follow with 1 - 2 glasses water.

Children: Half the adult dose with parental supervision. 

Take at least 30 minutes away from medication. 

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. The friendly bacteria (probiotic) strains used in Motion Potion are super strong and stable at room temperature.

Warnings

This product is not be suitable for children that are adverse to drinking water. Hydration is essential when consuming any fibre product.

Xylitol is not safe for pets.
