SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to process and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible so you receive your items without unnecessary delays. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Shipping Within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

All orders are sent via Australia Post Standard Shipping to ensure reliable delivery across metro and regional locations.

Shipping Costs

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping:

  • $9.95 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $149
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $149

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

At this time, we do not offer Express Shipping.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation or tracking details within 5 business days, please email orders@renewhealthco.com.au with your full name and order number, and we will investigate this for you.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak periods, promotions, or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

As all orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Shipping, delivery times typically range between 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including weather events or Australia Post service disruptions.

Please note that WatersCo Water Filters ship directly from the manufacturer, therefore shipping can often take longer. Please allow up to 2 weeks.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

Our clinic operates by appointment only and does not have a manned reception while practitioners are in session. For this reason, walk-in pickups are not available.

How in-store pickup works:

  • Select In-Store Pickup at checkout
  • You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection
  • Our team will then contact you by phone to arrange a specific pickup time
  • Pickup must occur at the agreed time, as the clinic door remains locked while we are with clients

Please do not arrive before receiving the “ready for pickup” email or without a confirmed pickup time, as we may be unable to assist you.

Important Shipping & Pickup Information

  • Shipping is available within Australia only
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order
  • We process orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

  • In-store pickup is strictly by arrangement only and subject to clinic availability.
