Shipping policy
We aim to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible and often cover a significant portion ourselves.
Here’s what we offer:
- Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $9.95 on orders under $149.
- Orders over $149 qualify for free standard shipping, unless a discount code is applied at checkout.
At this time, we do not offer Express Shipping, but every effort will be made to get your order out on time.
Delivery Times
We aim to have all orders shipped in 2-4 business days with the exception of WatersCo Water Filters as they ship directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 2 weeks to ship.
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation or tracking details within 5 business days, please send an email to orders@renewhealthco.com.au with your full name and order number and we will investigate this for you.
We use Australia Post as a carrier service and as such we have no control over the time it takes Australia Post to process and deliver parcels once they leave our warehouse so please factor this in when placing your order.
