Refund policy

At Renew Health Co., we aim to be transparent and fair with all customers. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any product or service.

Health Services (Consultations, Coaching & Programs)

All services - including one-on-one consultations, group coaching, online courses, and wellness programs - are non-refundable except where required by law under consumer guarantees. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms:

  • All coaching program fees are non-refundable. Once payment is made and the program agreement or waiver is signed, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for change of mind, missed sessions, or withdrawal from the program.
  • If a transfer to a different instance of the same program is needed, you may request it at least 4 weeks before the program start date. Requests after that time may incur a 20% transfer fee, payable immediately to secure your place for the next program.
  • If the service you receive fails to meet the standard of due care and skill, or is not delivered as agreed (i.e. a major failure under Australian Consumer Law), you have rights to cancel and receive compensation or refund for the portion of service not delivered.
  • No clause in this policy excludes or limits the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

Digital Products & Downloads

All digital products (e-books, guides, downloadable resources) are delivered immediately and are non-refundable, except where a consumer guarantee applies (e.g. defective or not as described).

Water Filtration Products (Including Benchtop Filters)

Due to health, hygiene and safety reasons, water filtration products (including benchtop filters, filter cartridges and replacement parts) cannot be returned once opened.

Once a water filtration product has been opened, installed, filled with water, or used in any way, it is not eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit.

For clarity, “opened” or “used” includes (but is not limited to):

  • opening sealed packaging
  • installing or connecting the unit
  • filling the unit with water
  • running water through the system
  • breaking hygiene seals

Water filtration products are not trial products.

Manufacturer Warranty (Waters Co Products)

Water filtration products manufactured by Waters Co are covered by the Waters Co manufacturer warranty.

If you believe your product is faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with:

  • your order number
  • a clear description of the issue
  • supporting photos and/or videos

Warranty claims may require:

  • troubleshooting steps
  • assessment by the manufacturer
  • return of the product for inspection

All warranty outcomes are determined by the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms and Australian Consumer Law.

Return Shipping

Where a product is required to be returned for warranty assessment or inspection, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Renew Health Co. does not cover or reimburse return shipping costs unless required to do so under Australian Consumer Law.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Product Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • the item arrives damaged; or
  • you received the wrong item; or
  • the item is faulty or not as described.

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

What You Need to Do

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please email returns@renewhealthco.com.au with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the damage, fault or incorrect item

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Once the original item has been returned and verified, we will arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be received and verified before any remedy is issued.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we are required to cover them under Australian Consumer Law.
  • We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind.
  • This policy does not exclude or override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
