Week 1: Sacred Nourishment

In this first week, you’ll discover how food can become more than fuel, it can become your medicine. This week is about slowing down, eating with presence, and learning how awareness transforms digestion and healing. You’ll explore how to honour the source of your meals, savour each bite, and create the calm your body needs to truly receive nourishment. By reconnecting with food in this way, you’ll begin to restore balance, reduce inflammation, support hormone health, and rebuild vitality from the inside out.

Week 2: Digital Detox

This week is about stepping back from the constant pull of screens and rediscovering the calm that lives in the present moment. You’ll explore how digital overload fuels stress, anxiety, and fatigue, and how simple practices can reset your nervous system and lower cortisol. You'll learn the effects of EMF, blue light exposure and the hidden costs of being always switched “on” as social media pull us into a cycle of comparison, distraction, and overstimulation.

Week 3: Intentional Movement

This week is about reclaiming the role of movement as medicine. In our modern sedentary world, prolonged sitting has been called “the new smoking” for good reason - it disrupts circulation, weakens muscles, and increases the risk of chronic disease. But movement is more than exercise; it’s how we keep the body’s natural detox systems alive. The lymphatic system, which clears toxins and waste, depends entirely on physical activity to function. When we move with intention, we restore flow, reduce inflammation, and give our body the ability to cleanse and thrive at the cellular level. This week, you’ll learn simple, sustainable ways to bring movement back into your daily rhythm so energy and vitality can return.

Week 4: Conscious Breathing

This week, we turn to one of the simplest yet most powerful tools for healing - your breath. Deep, conscious breathing grounds you in the present moment, dissolves built-up stress, and creates space for emotional release. Through breath, you’ll reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, letting go of anxiety, tension, and old patterns stored in the body. By learning how to breathe with awareness, you’ll unlock a practice that calms the mind, clears stagnant energy, and strengthens your connection to both your body and the world around you.


As part of the REBOOT, participants will also complete a gentle cleanse to support detox and renewal. This includes:

Ultimate Fibre: taken daily to support healthy digestion and detoxification.

Hydration: a minimum of 3 litres of fluid daily (water, herbal tea, coconut water, veggie broths, juices, smoothies).

Conscious Eating: 100% whole-food diet with a rainbow of seasonal produce and at least 2 serves of fruit daily.
