Where Do You Source Your Products From?
Aligning ourselves with suppliers who prioritise organic, sustainable, and ethically sourced ingredients is of the utmost importance to us.
Wherever possible, we support Australian-made products that come from Australian-owned companies. We love supporting our neighbours down the road, rather than large corporations and while it isn’t always possible, we are deeply committed to working with companies whose values align with ours.
Integrity matters to us at every step, and we want you to experience a seamless service that reflects the same care, intention, and dedication to the positive outcomes that we uphold.
Are All Your Products Organic?
While many of our products are certified organic, we also stock natural and minimally processed options. Each product is clearly labelled to help you make an informed choice.
Can You Help Me Choose The Right Supplements?
It truly concerns us that many detox products are sold randomly to customers without proper consideration for their safety or suitability. At Renew Health Co., we believe your health deserves better.
This is why we only provide personalised advice through a consultation. During your consultation, we take the time to carefully assess your individual needs, considering your health history, medication use, and lifestyle factors.
We have also developed detailed protocols to guide you safely; you’ll find these in the Self-Led Detox and eBook categories, where everything you need to know is clearly explained.
Why Does My Order Sometimes Come In Reused Packaging?
We believe in minimising waste wherever possible. Landfill levels are at an all-time high, and with global shortages of paper and packaging materials, we choose to reuse clean, sturdy boxes and packing materials to help reduce environmental impact. Your order may not always arrive in the prettiest box, but rest assured what's inside is packed with care for both you and the planet.
Can I Use More Than One Discount Code or Promotion?
We love rewarding our community, but please note that only one discount or promotion can be applied per order - unless we’ve specifically stated otherwise.
Shopify allows us to set how discounts work, and we’ve chosen to keep it simple and fair by limiting orders to one active offer at a time. This means that if a product is already part of a multi-buy deal or automatic promotion, additional discount codes (such as the 10% welcome offer) won’t apply.
This ensures you always receive the intended offer without confusion or overlap at checkout.

Do You Offer Local Pickup?
During our Christmas sale (1 November to 19 December) we are offering free local pickup from our Preston clinic on Tuesdays & Thursdays 4pm-7pm. If these times don't suit you please select standard or express shipping at checkout.

What Blood Tests Should I Get Before My Consult?
We strongly encourage you to have the following blood tests conducted if you haven't already done so in the past 3 - 6 months:
- Full Blood Examination
- Uric Acid
- Fasting Insulin
- CRP & ESR
- Homocysteine
- Full Thyroid Panel
- Vitamin D
- Ferritin
- B12
- Zinc
- Folate
- Magnesium RBC

What Else Do You Do At Renew Health Co.?
We're glad you asked! We are more than just a company that sells excellent products. We have a clinic in Preston where we do Iridology, Sclerology, Live & Dry Blood Analysis and health coaching. That's our primary business actually, so these products beautifully complement all the wonderful in-clinic work we do.

How Can I Take My Own Iris & Sclera Photos?
If you'd like to have an Iridology assessment but you're not located in Melbourne, you're welcome to submit your own eye photos to us.
Taking these photos is simple but requires a steady hand. Choose a spot in your home away from windows and direct overhead lights. Do not use a flash. Make sure the room is bright enough, but avoid any light reflections on your eyes.
We need 4 photos of each eye. Please follow these instructions carefully:
Looking straight at the camera: Your head should face directly forward. Make sure the entire iris is clearly visible. If necessary, gently use your fingers to hold your top and bottom eyelids open so nothing is blocking the eye.
Head facing forward, looking right: Keep your head straight toward the camera, but look as far to your right as possible so we capture the inner part of your sclera. You may need to use your fingers again to hold your eye wide open.
Head facing forward, looking left: Keep your head straight toward the camera, but look as far to your left as possible to capture the outer side of the sclera. You may need to use your fingers again to hold your eye wide open.
Looking up: Gently pull down your bottom eyelid and look straight up toward the ceiling so the bottom part of the sclera is clearly visible.
You may submit your eye photos to info@renewhealthco.com.au for review and we can confirm if your eye photo quality is sufficient.

Can I Gift A Service To Someone?
Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards with set amounts or you can email us at info@renewhealthco.com.au and we can arrange a gift card for a specific service.
Please note: we do not offer physical gift cards at this time.
What Happens If I Am Running Late To My Appointment?
If you are late to your session, we cannot extend your appointment time because there will be someone booked straight after you.
Please be on time to avoid missing out on valuable time from your session.
Is There Parking Available At Your Clinic?
There's plenty of street parking available directly on Wood Street and there are no restrictions.
Please be mindful that the road is quite narrow and can get quite congested around the clinic and nearby cafe area. In peak times we encourage you to park a little way up the road to avoid incidents.
Is There A Waiting Room Available If I'm Early?
Unfortunately no, there isn't. Our clinic is a small space and doesn't have a separate waiting area.
For privacy reasons, the front door will remain locked until your appointment time as we will be finishing up with a previous client.
How Much Notice Do I Have To Provide To Cancel or Reschedule My Appointment?
You are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice to change this booking. If you fail to provide this notice, you may be charged a 50% fee. No shows or last minute cancellations will incur 100% fee.
