INGREDIENTS

ACO Certified Organic, Grass-fed & Finished Australian Bovine Spleen (85%), Liver (15%) (freeze-dried, non de-fatted), Gelatine capsule.

HOW TO USE

Suggested serving is 3 capsules daily, with or without food.

Adults may take up to 6 capsules daily (23.6 mg naturally occurring heme iron), as part of their preferred dietary routine. If absorption issues are known, taking 6 capsules every second day can be a gentler, more effective way to absorb iron.

Pair with a vitamin C source (e.g. citrus or berries) to support absorption. Avoid taking with high-calcium foods or iron inhibitors at the same time (tea, coffee).

Can be enjoyed on its own or alongside our Iron Restore Tonic as part of a nutrient-rich daily routine.
