Recommended Use

Topical: Dilute 1 drop of DiGize with a carrier oil such as V-6™ or olive oil. Apply to abdomen, chest, or reflex points as needed.

Aromatic: Add 5–10 drops to a diffuser and enjoy its grounding scent for up to 30 minutes, up to 3 times per day.
