Recommended Use

Place 1 teabag of Tea Tonic Control Cramp Tea in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 5 - 7 minutes for desired strength.

Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. 

Try drinking a cup daily for two weeks before your period to reduce cramping.
