HOW TO USE
HOW TO USE
Aromatic (diffuser): Diffuse up to 30 minutes, three times daily.
Topical Use (diluted): Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex or a carrier oil. Test on a small skin patch (inside of arm) before broader use.
Inhalation: Apply 1–6 drops to a tissue and inhale occasionally, up to 3 times daily.
