HOW TO USE
HOW TO USE
- Start with ½ teaspoon in 300ml of purified water. Shake vigorously and drink immediately.
- Gradually increase to 1 - 3 rounded teaspoons per day if tolerated.
- Always consume on an empty stomach, at least 1.5 hours away from food, supplements, and medication.
- Use a wooden spoon or shaker to mix (avoid metal utensils).
- Drink at least 2 litres of water daily.
- Close lid tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place.
Note: This product is not intended for long-term daily use. Some users may experience mild detox reactions (such as headaches or fatigue). If this occurs, reduce serving size and increase hydration until symptoms subside.
