HOW TO USE

Aromatic (diffuser): Diffuse up to 30 minutes, three times daily.
Topical (diluted): Mix 1 drop R.C.® with 1 drop V-6™ or a carrier oil and apply to chest, back of neck, feet, or desired area.
Use before, during, or after workouts to “perk up” the aroma in the space or apply topically for an energetic boost.
Store in a cool, dark place to protect quality and potency.
