Ingredients

Each 300 microlitre (0.3ml) dose contains:

Hydroxycobalamin (Vitamin B12) – 1000 micrograms
Other ingredients: Purified water, glycerol, potassium sorbate, polysorbate 80, natural peppermint flavour, citric acid.

Recommended Use

Shake well before use.

Adults: Spray 1 dose (300 microlitres) inside the cheek once daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 5–10 minutes after administration.
